How do I get a free @gotimail.com address?
Go to gotimail.com/free. You need an email address you already use and a Bangladeshi mobile number; we send a code to each.
Can I use Outlook or my phone’s Mail app?
Yes, on a paid plan — mail apps connect over IMAP, POP3 and SMTP to mx1.gotimail.com. Free addresses work in webmail on any device.
How do I use my own domain?
Subscribe, then open Mailboxes → Add domain and copy the DNS records shown into your domain’s DNS. It usually goes live within an hour.
How do I send bulk email or newsletters?
Add a sending domain under Domains, import your contacts, and create a campaign. See Campaigns.
How do I connect WhatsApp or Facebook Messenger?
Open Support channels in the dashboard and press Connect. You sign in with your Facebook account and choose the number or Page.
What does “seen” mean?
That the email’s images loaded in the reader’s mail app. Loads by Gmail’s or Apple’s servers and by scanners are shown as automatic and not counted. People who block images never show as seen.
How do I pay?
With bKash or a card, from Billing in the dashboard. Prices are in taka.
Can I send email from my own software?
Yes — through our API or SMTP relay. See the API documentation.
How do I delete my data?
Use the data deletion request, or write to us from the address on your account.
